In October of 2015, the team at Consensus launched a completely new digital presence to showcase the blending of two companies – Tufts Health Plan and Network Health – into one cohesive online presence.
The completely new and fresh design puts user goals first and segments the audience into areas of the site where they experience customized content, images, and tools. Bringing two companies together is never easy, but that doesn’t mean it has to be hard either.
By starting with a Digital Strategy Assessment which included Stakeholder and User Research, we set the groundwork for a successful project. Through IA/UX, design, and development, at every turn, our focus was on building one seamless brand that incorporated everything that their users expected and more. From easy access to doctor finder tools for members, to a resource center of guidelines and forms for clinicians, this site has something for everyone — Just in time for open enrollment!
