We knew our video needed to showcase the new, wholly rejuvenated Bold360 platform in a way that would completely overcome its previous reputation as chat tool. We needed to take a big picture approach, boastful even, targeting CRMs as only “good enough,” and highlighting how Bold360 could supercharge the customer experience. We wanted to emphasize the power of Bold360, so we used a visual approach that showed the agent surrounded by actionable customer data.
The result is a lively video that’s delightful to watch, and easy to digest, highlighting exactly how Bold360’s platform allows companies to create an intelligent customer experience that aligns with today’s customers’ expectations.
