Open Web - Online Application Experience

When it comes time to plan a vacation, sometimes it’s all you can do to get the right flights and hotel room in order. Designed for luxury resorts, OpenWeb is a complex vacation activity booking engine. From island tours to skydiving, the OpenWeb interface allows guests to see all activities offered, find times, and quickly plan a complete itinerary. Guests can even select their preferred tour guide, or their masseuse’s gender. What’s more, as guests select activities, they can map out their entire vacation in a planner-view. And they can return to view their history and confirmations every day throughout their trip.

Our OpenWeb design started as a refactoring project, but quickly evolved into a complex information architecture project with the following goals:

• Customizable look & feel: We provided multiple color schemes and templates so each resort could customize their booking experience.
• Fun: Our streamlined design makes building an itinerary easy, even as it is thorough.
• Include modern UI trends to create a familiar, comfortable experience
• Create a fully responsive experience
