When BoldChat by LogMeIn wanted to drive awareness of its customer engagement solution among enterprise buyers, we suggested a Content Marketing campaign that would position them as thought leaders in the customer service marketplace. We designed a 3-month long campaign with 2 key content offers, and 3 additional “snackable” content assets that could be used in an email nurture campaign, in social media, and elsewhere in the sales cycle.

Positioned as “The Art & Science of Customer Engagement,” our thought leadership campaign took shape as follows:

– Gorgeous and unexpected visual system stands out and
resonates with the sophisticated enterprise buyer, while promoting BoldChat’s unique brand look and feel

– 5 thought leadership assets target prospects at top-of-funnel buying stages, positioned to educate potential buyers and ultimately generate leads

– Highly tailored selection of channels, programmatic ad placement and behavioral targeting
